Social Worker

Location: West Park, NY plus travel

Position: Residential Treatment Center for emotionally disturbed and special education teens has two openings for social workers in the campus and group home programs.
Campus consists of female residents 12 - 18 who live in cottages and attend the campus school.
Group home program consists of male or female teens living in group homes in surrounding areas in the Hudson Valley.

Social worker duties include individual, group, and family counseling, court appearances, cottage and school contact, intake and discharged planning, and coordination of the treatment team. St. Cabrini Home is located on Route 9 in West Park, Ulster County, NY, approximately 90 miles north of New York City and 11 miles south of Kingston.

Requirements:
MSW desired. Salary range $36,250 - $41,688. Valid NYS drivers license required.
