Office Manager

Location: Social Services Dept, West Park, NY

Position: Responsible for delivery of clerical services to the Social Services Dept for current population in the RTC. Receives, tracks, logs, and distributes referral information on new admissions. Schedules Service Plan Reviews, team meetings, and other pertinent appointments.

Qualifications: HS diploma plus two years secretarial experience. Typing of 50-60 wpm. Computer excellence in Microsoft Word and ability to master new computer programs including CONNECTIONS. Strong organizational skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 PM


Personnel Assistant

Location: Human Resources Dept, West Park, NY

Position: Duties include clerical, receptionist, computer and recruitment support for Human Resources. Greets new hires and staff, updates employee master files, maintains employment data and records, produces computer reports, tracks required documentation, assists with resume review, conducts reference checks, schedules interviews, assists HR staff with other tasks.

Qualifications: Associates Degree in related field or three years clerical experience, at least one of them in Human Resources. Computer excellence needed in Microsoft, internet, databases, and producing reports.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 PM


Medical Driver

Location: Medical Dept , West Park, NY

Position: Responsible for transporting residents to various hospital, emergency room, doctor's offices, community based health care facilities, and lab appointments in a variety of counties, including but not limited to locally, Albany, Westchester, NYC, etc.

Qualifications: HS diploma, valid NYS driver's license.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 - 3 PM, with flexibility for alternate or additional hours as needed.


Youth Counselor Levels I and II

Location: West Park, NY

Position: Responsible for providing supervision to clients in all phases of the program. Provides a safe, clean, and therapeutic living environment. Primary teacher and role model in the cottage setting. A therapeutic agent who consistently implements Behavioral Modification Program, advocates for clients, and serves as a member of the Treatment Team. Provides concise and timely documentation, behavioral reports, and submits critical incident reports. Transports clients for a variety of reasons.

Qualifications:
Level I: HS diploma or equivalency or Associates Degree, valid NYS driver's license.
Level II: BA degree in non-Human Service field, valid NYS driver's license.

Hours: 2 PM - 12 AM, Wednesday - Saturday
or
2 PM - 12 AM, Sunday - Wednesday
